My main area of research is Cosmology and Astrophysics, in particular:
  • Gravitational lensing
  • Tests of homogeneity and isotropy
  • Inhomogeneous cosmology
  • N-body simulations
  • Galaxy clusters and galaxies
  • Cosmological Data Analysis
  • Dark Matter and Dark Energy
  • Physics beyond the Standard Model
  • Cosmology with dark sirens

I have started the BEHOMO project to study the evolution of the large-scale structure on an inhomogeneous background. I am member of J-PAS, J-PLUS, LSST, ET and collaborator in Euclid.

I have developed the following numerical codes:
  • mBayes: Bayesian inference with Wolfram Mathematica.
  • turboGL: a Mathematica implementation of the sGL method for computing the lensing PDF for the desired universe model.
  •  LLTB: a Mathematica package for Bayesian analyses of void models with cosmological constant.
My current list of papers is accessible via inSPIRE or arXiv.

Curriculum Vitae (in English)
Currículo Lattes (in Portuguese)

Ph.D. Thesis (in English): A back-reaction approach to dark energy.
Master Thesis (in Italian): The fundamental constants and their variation induced by a cosmological scalar.

I have published in Philosophy and Cosmology the short story Understanding Our Only Universe.
